Dajin Resources Corp. (V:DJI)
Dajin Resources Corp. is an energy metals company with brine based lithium exploration projects strategically located in both South and North America.
The company holds a 100% interest in 294 placer claims totaling 2,369 hectares (5,853 acres) located on a desert playa known as Teels Marsh in Mineral County, Nevada. This is a potential brine-based lithium target. Exploration activities since early 2015 have included: a gravity survey, a 9-hole Geoprobe survey, a structural analysis and more recently, a seismic survey was carried out during May-June 2016. Most importantly, water rights have been granted to Dajin by the Nevada Division of Water Resources for the Teels Marsh. Permitting is in progress for drilling of four wells in early 2017.
The company also holds 191 placer claims totaling 1,558 hectares (3,851 acres) in Alkali Lake, Esmeralda County, Nevada, just 12 km from Albemarle's Rockwood Lithium Mine, North America's only producing brine-based lithium mine.
Dajin also holds the rights to a 100% interest in certain mineral concessions totalling 93,000 hectares (230,000 acres) in the salt lake basin known as Salinas Grandes in Jujuy Province, Argentina. These claims are located within the "Lithium Triangle" which is reported to contain in excess of 80% of the world's supply of lithium. Dajin's wholly owned Argentinian subsidiary, Dajin Resources S. A., has entered into an agreement with Lithium S Corporation ("Lithium S") whereby Lithium S has been granted an option to earn a 51% interest in Dajin's lithium properties in Argentina upon the payment of $1,000,000 (paid) and the expenditure of $2,000,000 on the property within 2 years from receipt of exploration permit.
In addition, Lithium S has subscribed for 2,777,777 Units of Dajin Resources Corp. at $0.18 per unit with 2,777,777 non-transferable share purchase warrants attached exercisable at $0.25 per share within 2 years.
